Appointments 

We are accepting new patients, please contact the office at 860-443-4199 to set up your appointment today. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. 

Insurance and Billing 

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to submit your insurance for you. Please note any co-pay/ deductible is due at the time of service. Every dental plan is different, to fully understand what will be covered by your specific insurance plan please contact your employer or insurance company. We do not participate with HUSKY insurance.

Payment Options 

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept checks, cash,credit cards, and CareCredit. 

CareCredit

CareCredit is an accepted form of payment. Patients can apply online prior to treatment in our office. Upon approval you will be given a card to use in office.
